Watch out all you who dare to speak up against our government in Washington as those at the reins of power are snatching up every last bit of control they can! You are the dangerous ones. Worse yet you are committing a crime in the eyes of leftists like Joe Klein. That’s right folks your talk is dangerous and borders on sedition which people like Klein are all too eager to warn is a felony and that you could be hauled off to jail for engaging in.
Well, yeah … that’s half right which is typical for brain dead types like this who frankly cannot win an argument so they resort to making things up as they go along. Scholarships for the mother program is open to all mothers, this is a fact, but what about non-biological mothers? This refers to women who opted to adopt a child. Whether she is single or has a partner (husband), this fact implies that her motherhood is by virtue of legality.
So is she still eligible to such a program? Definitely yes! The fact that she has responsibilities to a child; this makes her a mother in all sense of the word. Like other mothers, she also struggles to make sure she raises her adopted child well. That means providing basic needs, and proper education.
This responsibility will be much to deal if she’s a single parent. Likewise, equally hard during this economic crisis even if she has a partner. Mother of this state can opt to go back to school for free or via a student loan. A scholarship for the mother program is provided by the government as a special service to answer this need.
